How many more calories and fat should you be allowed on cheat days, at the moment my rations are approx 45%prot/45%carb/10% fat and fibre.

Up your fat. You should be getting at least 20% of calories from fat in order to maintain healthy hormone production.
For cheat days eat at or slightly above maintenance I'd say.
I wouldn't count calories or fat or anything on a cheat day...just enjoy yourself and then get back on track.
