Good afternoon Boys,

Let's see about me I am 27 about to turn 28 I am 6'3, 225 from Los Gatos,Ca...I am a repeat offender of lifting hard then disappearing for 4 or 5 months....and thats why I am here maybe some accountabiltiy.
