I'm going to assume you're working out at home judging by your lack of variety in excercises. A gym membership will help you out quite a bit.
And I'm w/ Gimp, fix your diet.

What are your goals? Posting them always helps make the health plan a lot more "REAL".
Good luck :)

What are your goals?
I want to get big & strong. Obviously I'm not overly concerned about bodyfat. I want to keep my workouts short, focused, and intense. My current stats are as follows.
age: 34
height: 6'0"
weight: 190 lbs

Maybe you should check out the doritos that are dipped in protein powder.
They would do wonders for your bench press.
