First value is calories, second is protein, then carbs, then fat and the last is fibre.

i see we didnt all manage to persuade you to eat at 2500-2700 like your weight indicates you should be cutting at :)) i still think your met rate will crash in a week or two and you will stop losing weight like you hit a wall.

ratios look fine. protein a bit low perhaps? are you on 1g/lb?

ps: i might have recalled the wrong thread...you were the 210lb guy right?

1 Fish oil cap has 1g of fat in apparently. From now on im also doing 60% protein 10% carbs 30% fat monday to friday and 60% protein 30% carbs 10% fat saturday and sunday with advice from another member of this board. Plus, i have a real high bodyfat so i didnt think it would be too bad having cals that low, its an improvement on the 1400-1600 i was origonally planning on lol.

If it has 1 g of fat then it has 9 g of calories, not 0
