I've been posting for a few days.. time to bring up som pictures of myself.. Been working out for 1 year and a half.. i am not big ( but want to get 100kg asap in low fat ), bulked from 50kg to 95kg in 1year 2month period... gained much fat on the last 2-3 months, cuz some crazy peanut butter/mcdonalds food... now i've been dietting down at 83kg... here's some pictures;

One last thing, volum training gave me much, been training it, but it seems my body gets often sick... so I think it harms my immunesystem train that hard... Now i cut down sets, and go for doggcrapp... anyone wants to help me with it. Its difficult program.... :)

wow. that's a huge improvement! You'll be swinging that 100lb battle axe in no time!

I've been doing DC training, too. And yeah, it's tough, but a good program. You look really big for only working out 1.5 years.
