Ok I just started lifting about 3 months ago. Heres the before and after pics. Does it look like I have made much improvement?

you've definitely made a large improvement in the abdominal/oblique area. I also see an increase in chest size. Arms may be just slightly larger, but its hard to tell. Keep working man, your doing great!

yeah man, looks like you've made some good gains. how much have you gained? looks like you've become thicker, chest and lats show the biggest difference. keep lifting heavy!

Thanks guys. When I started lifting I was at about 162 ibs. Now I'm at 174, so I gained 12 pounds(close guess spartan).

It takes years to develop good muscle. The real test is how long you can keep working out with out getting lazy or discouraged.

Stick with it, you've done very well for 3 months, but thats the easy part.

The first few months you usually make great gains, the gains will be harder to make as you progress, but stick with it, stick with it, stick with it! Consistency over time is the key.
