Ok, I'm somewhere around 12% BF and I want to start cutting. My abs show up a little but not nearly as much as I want them to. I weight about 174 pounds at 6'1. Right now I'm taking Nitrotech and Creatine burst and I'm trying to drink a gallon of water a day. My question is how many calories should I be taking in daily and should I be doing any type of cardio or just stick with lifting. I lift about 5 days of the week. Any help is greatly appreciated. Oh and by the way, I'd like to try and maintain my weight of 174 ibs, do you guys know of a good way of gaining muscle mass but still losing the fat on your abs?
