Hi i'm new at this site and i would appreciate it if you answer me.I read constantly for diets that will make you lose fat and grow muscle at the same time.That requires exercise in a pretty much big tension and a nutrition with low carbs while reducing them during the day.It's similar with Body for lofe program.Can you help clear this.First of all i can achieve it?How ican find what exactly i must eat and the proper amounts,how many times to exercise,aerobic,and generally a plan.Thanks! :bash:
