What do the pros do for cardio? And by pro I mean body builder no other pro sport. Alot of the time they seem to get shot of breath real easy. That I have seen in the gym. I would think they would have no problem running forever. If there are any pros readin this what cardio do you do and how often.

In Unbelievable, Ronnie Coleman did low intensity cardio on the treadmill for 2 hours a day - 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour before going to bed. This was 5 weeks prior to the Mr Olympia

In his new video, Cost of Redemption, he did an hour of stair stepping each day. This was during the offseason.

I dont know how the hell those 250lb+ guys can do any significant cardio.. Maybe tie some steroids to a piece of string and make them run after it

i thought pro bodybuilders could run forever too but they cant. theyre too heavy and their body wasnt meant for that kind of load. i read an article about jay cutler and it seemed really dreadful. he also runs out of breath really quick and hates stairs.
