i started bulking this week and i feel like all i do is eat. check my diet out on fitday and see what you think, this is my first bulk ever.

maybe it would help if u ate more calorie dense foods instead of mushrooms, tomatoes and salads. i know these are healthy foods and provide essential nutrients but they do full you up quite a bit. try eating some brown rice, oatmeal, peanut butter, chicken breasts, etc.

You are trying to bulk on 1500-2000 calories/day?

donraja: I think you have a point. i am so used to salads all the time now that I don't know if I could live without them. Losing all my weight on basically salads I have become addicted to them, I just try to eat other stuff too, now.

Anthony: I am not finished eating today, but yesterday is a pretty good example.

Bulking on 2200 calories? Must be nice. Are you actually gaining weight???

ok, i'm done eating for the day now

i don't know if i'm gaining weight or not, it's only been 2 days. should I just drink more shakes with milk or keep trying to constantly eat? I think it will get easier after a few days, but I have been basically starving myself since Jan. I was never eating but my lifts improved. hopefully now that i am eating it will get even better.
