I have been working out pretty hard 3-4 times a week with weights and cardio for about the past 3 months. I have been watching what I eat and hitting the protein whey. I still like to have a few beers on the weekend.. I am what you call "SKINNY FAT" I look skinny but have a tire at the waste. Can I lose my tire with just diet and exercise alone? Or should I look into Thermogenic Fat Burners, Carb Blockers or Fat Blockers?
