I'm leaving on Friday for a week in Florida with the wife and her parents. I'm debating on whether it's worth trying to keep a semi-clean diet or not.

Right now, I'm leaning towards having a blowout week and not worrying about anything. I don't have any short-term goals that I'm concerned with... shouldn't be a big deal right?

bj, if u've been on a lower calories diet then ur leptin and metabolism levels will be low, if u don't adhere to ur low calories regiment and eat a lot u'll put on fat much quicker than if u weren't on a diet... just something to keep in mind...

if u don't have short term goals then it won't be that big a deal.

I'm going on a vacation in 2 weeks and have been apprehensive about the same thing.
I'm eating about 2500 calories per day now and I know if I ate 3200+ my weight would soar, maybe .5 lb per day

so I'm gonna bring a small tub-o-protein powder to last the trip and eyeball the rest
