Just finished reading the GPP, or as us old timers call it, fitness, article at t-mag:

I like the plate load idea. I've always thought that moving all of the plates from one weight tree to another would be great exercise.
I'm also of the opinion that many weightlifters don't do enough GPP, and as a result, are often quickly exhausted and in particular aren't very good at bodyweight exercises.
Besides playing sports or doing martial arts, which I think are probably the most fun method of GPP, what routines have you tried?
