Hey everyone. Just thought I would start off by posting a pic of me. I've been working out for about a year now and I would be greatful if could get some advice to get over the plateau that Im at. Any advice would be much appreciated. :scratch:

You kinda have like, weirdly, the same body as me :) Except I shave my back hair, so I weigh a little less.

You are quite lean, good way to start a big time bulk if you ask me.:) If you're stuck in a rut, you may be well-served to take a week or 2 off, revamp your routine and diet and get back into it.

Thing is, my back looks like that, because all the fat is stored on my chest :(

Hey, welcome to the board. Looks like you've been doing a pretty good job, just need to bulk up some. If you're worried about hitting the plateau (all of us bbers have done it), just switch up your routine a little. I change mine every six weeks. Also, you may want to reverse the order of your exercises or go heavy one week and moderate the next. The key to getting over the hump is to shock your muscles. Muscles adapt; give them something that they're not use to.
