Well herre it is, my attempt at a journel! Not sure i'm gona be all too good at this so please bear with me guys! No doubt ill miss out loadsa details that you all wana know but nevertheless on we go.....on a race to greatness!
My Current "state"
At present i am just under 210lbs at 6'1'' with a bodyfat percentage of around 12%. I am 18 years old and have been training seriously for the last 3/4 years and am looking to compete in a regional comp in England (south east) in the junior category next year or following.
I'm looking for size baby!! am currently bulking and will be starting (as most of you are aware of!) a test prop cycle in the next 2weeks at 500mg pw. Looking to keep my bodyfat as it is and no higher but will be aiming to hit around 4500/5000cals for the next 3/4months which shouldnt be too much of a problem. So ultimately my goal is to bulk until early next year, then cut for a summer comp, and win the bastard! if i'm not ready i'll wait!
i am currently doing a 4day split rountine. Tuesday - Chest and Tris, Wednesday - Back, Friday - Shoulders and bis, Saturday - Legs
i will include full details as we go as to exercises and weights used!
My Next training session is Tuesday...so i'll look forward to updating you all then!
...Any questions or suggestions along the way are encouraged, come on guys lets make this sh*t a team effort!haha :clap:

Suggestion: Go to the nearest gay club in London and hit on every muscle bound guy you can find. You're SURE to get the hookup....in one way or another...LOL.

Today was Chest and Triceps - Didnt go too bad
Flat Bench - 220lb x 8, 230lb x 6, 230lb x 6
Inc DB Press - 80 x 9, 80 x 8, 80 x 6
Pec Deck Flyes - 200 x 10, 180 x 10
Overhead DB tri extensions (standing) 80 x 12, 80 x 12, 80 x 11
One Arm Reverse Grip Cable Exts 50 x 8, 50 x 8
I think tuesday workout went alright, sorry bout the late update guys! Chest is officially my weakest and smallest bodypart so be nice!haha
Right Diet - is exactly the same everyday so no need really to keep on about it unless i change it or be lazy oneday, it is as follows:
7:00 - Labrada Lean Body breakfast shake
9:00 - Met-rx Meal Replacement with an extra 21g protein from a tub (56g in total)
11:00 - 2 chicken breasts and 150g sweet potatoes
13:00 - Met-Rx (again with extra protein)
15:00 - Tuna salad (one can - 36g pro)
17:00 - 2 chicken breasts and 100g Oats
19:00 - Pro-Recovery with 42g of extra protein (65g in total)
21:00 - Protein Shake (63g Pro)
all help, criticism included, is welcome so please feel free!
Although i felt the workout woz good, i didnt feel particularly strong and didnt push as heavy as usual....am training Back tonight and will post it up 2moro hopefully!

oh yeah and for those tht are interested, my cycle has been sumwhat delayed due thieving f**king pikeys stealing my god damn money out of the envelope that was posted to the source! i arrived to him open with a stick of poxy tape over it!god that was annoying!but all is being sorted!it wasnt only my money,also a couple of good mates had dollar in there too, topping £500/600 in the end i think!thieving w*nkers!..........sorry!haha,im sure everyone can understand my frustration!

HEY FRANCO geeeeeza! i forgot to mention that fat, u know i love my oils...yeah right! i force down a good few spoon fulls of olive oil and walnut oil a day with my meals........any news mate?

Thursday, Back and traps day
Wide grip Pull ups 3sets of 12,11,8
T-bar Rows 180 x 12, 200 x 12, 220 x 10, 200 x 10
Cable Rows 300 x 8, 300 x 8, 280 x 8
Barbell shrug (infront) 300 x 12, 300 x 12, 300 x 10
Went okay really......Still feelin pretty tired during workouts think i might up carbs. Normally do 4set of pull ups but shoulders felt a little sore today from my lame chest session, not good!
Diet was exactly the same as fore-mentioned!
Girlfriends got her Leavers Ball (aka. Prom) tonight which was going to with another bloke (her best mate) becoz people from out of their school arent allowed to go! pissed off to say the least but hey,ill get over it!
Cant wait for my cycle, feels like so long since i was on...lookin 4ward to some meaty gains!

training shoulders and bis tonight. Im gona have a good one i can tell cos im in a f**kin foul mood! last night with the girlfriend being at her ball with another guy was bad enough but my night got worse....picked her up about 1:30am...took her home,got into bed with her,u know holdin eachother n sh*t while she told me about her night. Then she gets a text...a dirty F**KING text!and whos name do i see as the sender!?...my own cousin!!!! he was at the leavers ball too,decided he wanted a bit of his cousins girlfriend,tried it on with her there and then sent her a naughty message while laying next to me!!!
I went absolutely f**kin mental as you can imagine, she finally managed to calm me down but do u know what the best part is? i have my joint 18th and 21st with my sister tonight and our familys gona b there,including that f**kin PR*CK!!!!! ive gotta shake hands n sort him out drinks at my party when all i wana do is break his legs!
anyone got any ideas for ways i can humiliate him without the girl knowing,she threatened to split up with me if i knock him out so this has gona b sneaky!
I've decided to make this journal not only a training journel, but a life experience one too! at least ya'll get some good entertainment!

i cant do it bro...i really am into her in a big way and i dont think it was her fault she received dirty texts off of my ******* cousin! i'm still proper raged with him, if i cud get away with kickin him in without her findin out i would, he deserves nethin he gets, i HATE twofaced people especially people ur supposed to b able to rely on...like family!anywayz guyz....
Saturday, Shoulders and Biceps
Had quite a good workout today, attacked shoulders pretty hard but only did 2exercises for them as follows:
Seated Military Press (smith machine): 170 x 12, 180 x 8, 180 x 8 170 x 8
Stand Lateral Raises: 40 x 12, 45 x 8 then drop set 55 x 4 & 35 x 6
(poundages for lateral raises are the weight of db in each hand not combined weight if you get me!)
Barbell Curls (quite wide grip) 110 x 10, 132 x 6, 132 x 5 plus 2 forced reps (so 7)
Standing alternate db curls 44 x 10, 44 x 10
Only went low volume today because i havent had much sleep and am still aching from back, went quite heavy though (well for me...!haha)
My cycle should arrive in the next 2weeks, it's gonna put an amazin smile on my face! god i love test!
Hope everyone's cool, i'm training legs 2moro so shall update again then, till then....

Chest and Tris
Decided to do heavy as i cud possibly move today at bench, havent maxed in absolutely ages and was quite impressed.
Flat Bench Press - 140 x 10, 190 x 5, 220 x 2, 260 x 1 then drop set 220 x 6, 140 x 8
Incline Bench - 140 x 12, 180 x 7, 190 x 6, 180 x 7
Incline Flyes - 60 x 10, 60 x 10
then sum extreme stretching for the first time ever! that hurts like hell!
Seated over-head extension wit EZ bar - 100 x 12, 120 x 8, 120 8
V-bar cable tri extensions - 200lbs x 12 reps twice
quite a solid workout today, again diet has been the same
Any input.....from anyone?
