Sup guyz, ive never posted my pics here before cuz i never had any photos lol. Well, i took sum at the beach today(im a lifeguard) and it turned out pretty well. I do have to say that its been a rough 3 months since ive been to the gym( i hurt my back playing basketball). Its really reallly annoying not being able to follow my routine. But anwayys, judge away

By the way, im 170 lbs, around 12% body fat( i lost my abs :(:(:(), and im 17 years old , 5"11.

lol, i hurt my back recently playing basketball so i havnt been to the gym . But im gonna return in a week (after 3 months of pain). anyways, imma start a journal i guess.
