I am going to lose my wbodyweight and I want to know what to do. I'm going on a hiking trip to the pyrenees on the Spanish/French border in less than a week from now. It should be awesome, but its for two weeks, it will be long and hard and I'm sure I will lose weight. What can I do this week (!) when I'm there and when I get back to try and minimize lean body mass losses.
If you think I'm being paranoid, I went on another mountain climbing trip two years ago for ten days which was less challenging and I lost almost a stone, probably about 10 pounds. 10lbs in 10 days!
