I went to fitday.com and placed in my food for yesterday.
Calories Eaten Today-
Total: 1843
Fat: 64 572 32%
Sat: 19 170 9%
Poly: 9 81 5%
Mono: 23 209 12%
Carbs: 84 290 16%
Fiber: 11 0 0%
Protein: 236 944 52%
Alcohol: 0 0 0%
Does this look bad, or good for a total?
I eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
Meal 1- 2 scoops whey protein in H2O
Meal 2- 3 spoons peanut butter on wheat bread
Meal 3- tuna in H2O, mayo, sweet cubes
Meal 4- 2 scoops whey protein in H2O
Meal 5- 1 cup lean ground beef/ 1 cup wheat pasta or Chicken Breast/ Wheat pasta, or Wheat Bread <Switched up different days>
Meal 6- 2 scoops whey protein in H2O
This is more or less what I have been eating daily. I switch up the order and replace 4 eggs for meals on certain days.
I have been lifting for 3 years. I have never really eaten right until the past few months. This winter I was up to 235 @ 5-11. I am currently 209.
The only suppliments I am taking are protein, multi-vitamines, EC Stack, and Milk Thistle.
