Hey gang! Recently, I bought a new Sony camera; this thing is pretty cool. Anyhow, I was just goofing around today and decided to take some pics. I'm around 200 lbs. in these pics. These are mostly upper body shots. I think I'm getting some good definition but still need some more slimming down. In the first pic, I'm just doing an arm shot, while the second is a full body shot (from the knees up at least).
Sometime this weekend I'll get some leg shots. I'd appreciate any comments.

Thanks everybody! This week I switched my chest routine to concentrate more on dumbbell exercises (incline, flat & flyes). In the past, I've been doing a lot of flat bench presses, but thought it would be nice to see how my chest responds. Several days ago, I was able to do 310 on the Universal Machine. I don't know how much I can bench on a barbell.

Just got a few quad shots that I took today after my quad and calve workout. I did a superset of squats and leg presses. I'm always trying new techniques.
I had to bring old faithful back out for these pics. I can't keep my hand steady to do a mirror shot with my Sony cam and I'm still trying to get use to the timer on the thing. So, these are not my best pics, but they'll do.
Appreciate any comments or questions regarding my training and so forth.

Thanks ryuage and staggard! I think I'm going to lay low on cutting for about a week. Right now, I'm keeping my nutrition extremely clean and keeping my calorie intake around maintenance stage. Carbs usually range around 200 grams/day and fats around 50 grams/day. I've been getting good results from just doing this. About once every 10 days, I'll throw in a cheat meal (trip to a Mexican restaurant - time to carb up dude).
