Hey guys, I am new to this site and I am skinny but soon to be big with you guys help!! I am 17 years old at 6'2 and 158 pounds. I have 14 inch arms, 15inch calves, 21 inch tighs and 38 inch chest. I need a lot of work!! My goal is to get up to at least 200 pounds of all lean muscle. Here is a pic of my. Please do not laugh. LOL

First of all, welcome to the board. You've got a decent base to begin with if you want to bulk. Here's an article (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jon11.htm) that you may want to read to prepare for your bulk. Good luck.

Uh...that articles introduction is a joke. Stuck around 200 pounds with 5-6 percent bodyfat? Who in the **** would be complaining about that :confused: ????????????? If you achieve that, you're basically at your natural peak, for sure. So uh yeah.... I guess I'm really confused.

BCC is right, 200lbs @ 6% is most peoples lifetime goal!! I definately DO NOT agree with the "junk-food" section of that article, nobody should ever be encouraged to eat food from some of the places they have listed, it is simply asking for trouble. Please avoid those foods and stick to unsaturated fats, and read up on heart-attacks and angina.
