Hi, today I had a refeed and was wondering if anyone with experience could look at it for me and make sure I am doing it right?

I have been cutting at 224*15 - 500 = 2860 cals.
I did my weight 224*15*1.2 = 4032 cals, so I am just on the mark as far as that goes, for today. Am I eating the right foods? I think next time I will try to get more protein in there, but I noticed it too late today that I didn't really get as much as I should have, and was at my calorie limit.
