It all depends on your goals. And if you are noticing some progress I would say to continue with what you are doing and make sure your diet right

First of all, congratulations on getting down from 310. That took a lot of hard work and dedication. I'd suggest continue with trying to lose as much body fat as possible. The fat is preventing you from seeing your muscles (or at least the tone and define look) and letting you know which muscles to be worked more. Basically, and your probably already doing this, add in some cardio and keep your nutrition as clean as possible and cut back on the portions that you eat. Hope this helps.

I try and go to the gym three times a week.
Workout A: arms, chest and 10 min cardio
Workout B: 30 min cardio
Workout C: back, legs, shoulders and 10 min cardio
Also play squash at leat once a week for 45 minutes or so. (Actually just came back from a game and I feel great!!!)
P.s. I'm now at 248 pounds or so.

I eat lot's of protein, try and not mix starches with protein too much. Eat lots of fruits and vegeables. Only drink skim milk. I don't have a planned diet per say.

Have you tried eating 6 meals a day? It has really helped me alot.
Maybe try putting in what you eat for one day at fitday.com. It will tell you how much protein, carbs, and fats you are taking in per day.

I do eat about five meals a day. Two breakfasts, a nice lunch, a snack in the afternoon and dinner (small). Any idea on what could be the 6 meals?
