View Full Version : My weight is flying off....

I have always tried to stick to a clean diet, but I was never able tog et into the game of counting calories. Over the last couple of days, I started keeping track of my calories. My weight has dropped from 208, to 204 in 3 days. Could it be that my diet was so bad that losing weight will be real easy now, or am i doing soemthing wrong and losing alot of muscle?

PS. i feel better then ever.

You may just have lost some water weight and such. It might not be a huge deal. Try to be around 12x bodyweight calories at least, maybe more and do some cardio. St. Patty made a good cutting guide somewhere ..
