20-30 pds with hopefully only minimal BF % gains.

You've got a good base. Looks like you've been doing a good job; 20-30 lbs. is a reasonable goal, but just remember that it'll take time. Of course, you'll gain some BF, but keep your nutrition clean and it'll be to a bare minimum. Good luck.

id say 12% maybe. Thats damn good gains for a few months, i may try WBB1 when i start bulking again, damn this cut!
