hi,
im new to this site so bear with me. im a 195-205 pound 4 year bodybuilder. The last couple months ive been slacking pretty good and now im tired of it!!!!!!!!! ive been trying a 2000-2500 caloric diet with about 3 days training a week. i know i need to train more i use to do it 5 times a week. i dont cheat much but more than i should. im hoping someone can give me very specific details on exact meal plans/calorie amounts etc, also a good workout routine on a weekly schedule would be awesome!!!!! please someone help me. thanks alot. stayhungry
