OK Im trying to bulk up!! Need some suport!!!!! I going to increase my calorie intake by eating more food through out 5-6 meals a day. Also I am taking weightgainer and going to start creatine next week. THERE YA GO!!! LOL

At this point, I don't think anyone will be able to tell you what you can improve on. You're at a stage where overall improvement is the key, and by overall improvement I mean pack some weight on.

Good things I can tell you, you're lean (yeah you know this) and you also look to have fairly long muscle bellies all around. Which means they have a capability to get large(r).

So I say do what you're going to do (which is eat your parents out of the house) and then post some pictures in 3-4 months. By then, assuming you've packed on some size you will get a better critique.

Yeah man, you just need all-around size, theres no part that jumps out as great or horrible. Just keep workin out and eating.

Just remember to eat a lot of carbs and protein and don't eat too much greasy fat foods like mcdonalds. Workout intensly, but don't overtrain. Then go eat some more. Post pics in 3 months.

I hardly think that's necessary. I'll give the guy the benefit of the doubt and estimate he's 140lbs. I don't think he needs 28-36 x his bodyweight in cals, unless he's trying to gain 5 lbs/week.

I don't think there's many people on this site that need 4-5K cals to bulk, never mind a newbie just starting out.

Well, my mom did always tell me I was very special. :D

Oh, and skinny no more eat more - oatmeal, rice, chicken, tuna, etc. You know what you need to do. :strong:

dude u need to spend less time takin pics an more time eating, your skinny so im ognna assume at least 3000 cals a day, try at least 3k and see how fast you grow, and if ur not growin, eat more.

how does this meal plan look:
Meal1:1 cup of oatmeal, 2 scambled eggs, 8oz oz, 2 scoops of mass-tech and 1/2 teaspoon of creatine

Meal2:(Post) 2 scoops of mass-tech and 1/2 teaspoon of creatine, 16 oz of water, 1 can of tuna, 2 weat toast

Meal3:(lunch) 1/2 cup of pasta, 1 chicken breast or can of tuna, 16oz of water, 1 banana

Meal4: dinner (what ever my mom cooks) ( she cooks healthy)

Meal 5: 1 yogurt, 1 can of tuna or chicken,ham,and thurkey sandwich, 1 backed potato

Mela6: 2 scoops of mass-tech, 1 banana, 16oz of water

This is around 200to250 grams of protien, 300-330 grams of carbs and around 2,500 to 3,000 cals.
