My cut is taking longer than I had hoped and results are coming slowly, even though I'm very careful with my calorie intake and macronutirent balance. I'm starting to get pissed over the strength loss in my workouts. I'm thinking of taking a fat burner to speed things up so I can get back to bulking sooner.

Can anyone offer an opinion on whether this would be advisable? If so, what brand would be a good one? I've heard good things about Xenadrine.

How dramatic is the strength loss and how big is your deficit?

I'm trying to keep the deficit between 400-600 calories under maintenance. I've lost about 20lbs from the big lifts like bench, deadlift, etc.

A home-made EC+EGCG is what I recommend, cheap and effective. Before going on a fat burner, have you tried adding HIIT to your training regimin? I found this to be very effective after taking a week break at maint. cals and including a weekly refeed into my cutting routine.
