I recently bought "old fashioned oats" they take about 5 mins to cook but I think they taste better than that quick stuff. Which is best? Also, I buy great value brand from walmart instead...its the exact same stuff.

I eat quaker oats oatmeal. Add some water, and cook for a minute and a half. Quick and easy and it tastes good with a little sugar.

I used to eat the rolled oats all the time for breakfast. You can get the at a "health store" Sometimes I cooked them up like regular oatmeal and sometimes I ate them in some milk like a cereal.

No need to cook instant as long as you put hot water in it.
