What to do, what to do?????????
I'm 5'11 200lbs and I would like to loose about 20 pounds....but I know I will loose muscle mass and strength. Right now I eat alot and my lifts keep increasing. I'm pressing about 230lbs (3 Reps) up from about 180 when I was 180lbs....
What is the best way to loose some weight and minimize muscle/strength loss?
