Here's my first real attempt at a journal; aside from my crappy scattered notebooks, etc. I'm 20, and live on Long Island (where @$$hole syndrome breeds).

Stats: 5'4" 169.5
Status: Cutting

I count my calories on Fitday.com. I also try to consume around 2100 cals on off/cardio days, and 2400 on lifting days. I've been on a cut for a few weeks now. Started at 180+.

Lifting schedule:

Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Off/Cardio
Thursday: Back
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Cardio
Sunday: Off/Cardio

Today I did chest. I felt as though it wasn't up to par, although I did increase on a few reps on DB incline.

Warmup: Dips: BWx1x13, BWx1x8, BWx1x5

DB Incline: 50x1x7, 55x1x4, 45x1x5.5

DB Flat: drop set: not a very successful one at that. Incl's drained me today. 60x2x2, 55x2x2, 50x1x3, 45x1x4, 40x1x3.5

Shrugs: 155x2x5, 205x1x8

H.S. Incl: SS Flat flies: moreso concentrating on form for flies
45x1x10, 35x1x7; 35x1x3, 30x1x?, 20x1x5?, 15x1x6?

SKull crushers: 15's+bar x10, 25's+Barx4

Isolated Bicep curls: 20x2x11 (R,L)

overall, a mediocre workout.
