does the type of protein i eat during breakfast matter? 'cause sometime i don't have time to cook eggs or whatever, so i just stuff down a can of tuna. is that ok?

Thats fine.
Since your going to school, slower absorbed proteins such as the ones found in tuna are perfect for you since you can't eat as often.

I prefer drinking milk and eating some yoghurt instead of tuna.
Tuna in the morning?! :drooling:

HEY!! Damnit... I been eatin a can of tuna for breakfast about 99% of the time the past several months... (probly about a year, if not longer. ;)) Its cheap protein man! I really don't mind it at all...plust its much faster than cookin up eggs every morning.

I eat eggs too. 7 scrambled ..... 2 yolks. Best source of protein IMO.

if you don't have time to cook eggs in the morning prepare hard boiled eggs in advance that's what I do

Before I got sick of tuna it would be the first thing that entered my mouth every morning.

4 months.
Mind you I not only ate it for breakfast but sometimes I would eat like 3-5 cans a day.

Wow, do I feel like an oddball here. My breakfast consists of a big bowl of cereal with lots of milk (skim), and 2 or 3 eggo waffles (or pancakes), with a glass of skim milk.

And after I'll drink 32 oz. of water or so.

Eggs make me fart and stink up my whole class (and it's embaressing), so eggs are deadly for me in the morning.

a pint of milk and some weetabix. or other whole wheat cereal.
low GI and lots of fibre from the cereal. plus casein for slow protien.

however at present i have a protien shake, but have a sandwich when i get to work.
