Does it matter if i take a supplement, such as green tea, in capsule or powder form? Im asking because the powder is much more cost effective at 1fast400 in contrast with the capsules.

Just as effective.
actually, for the purpose of weightloss and ECGC based benefits, the powder is far more effective. The 1fast400 powder is 99% Polyphenols and 50% ECGC. Therefore to get the 270mg ECGC that studies have shown causes reduction of bodyfat, with the powder you only have to take 540mg of powder (50% ECGC = 270mg). If you go with the extract, (take the extract on 1fast400 for example), its 60% polyphenols. Since about half the polyphenols are ECGC thats 30% ECGC. So for each 400mg pill, your getting 133mg ECGC. You'd have to take 2 pills or 800mg of the pill form extract to get the same effect of the ECGC. Buy the powder..

Powder is more cost effective. I still cap it, though, as Green Tea extract tastes extremely rancid.
