I was trying to deside what to take next, its a toss up between SAN Tight and Nutrex Lipo-6...

you just take an ephedrine tab and a caffeine tab

If you live in Toronto, the Nutrition House at Yorkdale mall still has some 25mg ephedra bottles, it's kind of an under the table thing though so don't keep it quiet, haha. I just bought a bottle on the weekend
