Sometimes when I cheat I say to myself, I will make it up later today. I wonder if I am BSing myself. For example, today I ate 3 slices of cheese pizza. Since I know I had hit my carb limit for the day, I decided to eat nothing but protein afterwards.
My daily totals still come out to 1200 Calories. I ate about 180 Protein, 50-60 Carbs and 30-40 Fats.
What say you?
I also did a full body workout.
I say that it sounds like you're starving yourself. 1200 calories? Sounds to me like you have more to worry about than a few slices of 'zza.

yeah, I am doing UD2.0. I only do this for 3 1/2 days. The other days are carbo-loading and reducing carbs gradualy.

it sounds like it would be fine according to your macronutrient ratios... still lowish on the carbs and fat and high on the protein

Fat is a bit low, Given the cal intake I'd go for about ~45-55g fat on the low cal days. The carbs look ok assuming fullbody depletion workout.
And yes, I usually do the same and end the day w/a low carb MRP or 2-5 servings of tuna or grilled chicken to meet my protein req's.

Eating the pizza wasn't a big deal at all. When you have carbs set that low, it usually doesn't matter what the source is.

Yea don't sweat it. One day won't kill you, especially with such a low caloric intake.

anyway must of been some small pizza or low carb type pizza to eat 3 slices and come out with those macro nutrient ratios :)

Yeah, he musta ate 0 carb foods the rest of the day I would think.
That or it was a customized / thin crust. If it was a thin-crust I know he enjoyed every bite, so it's all good. :p

50-60 carbs and still at 1200 calories? Don't worry about it. If your volume was sufficient, you'll still be depleted with no problems.
