I just purchased the PC version of FitDay. For those new to the program like me, I'd suggest you pick yourself up a copy. It's great! Anyhoo, here's my question....It gives me a calorie balance, the number of calories I should consume per day in order to achieve my goal. Does this calorie balance change in accordance with time and the progress I make? In other words, does FitDay adjust this figure to better match my actual metabolic rate? Hope this makes sense...
