I eat cheap I buy I whole bag of frozen chicken for like $15 and cook it on the george forman grill in fifteen minutes. Also tuna is really cheap and you can make tuna salad really fast. Eggs are about $1.50 a dozen just eat three in the morning and three in the after noon. Thats what I eat that is cheap

i like meals that you can buy in bulk and bung in the microwave and then eat straight away also but they contain lots of preservatives....... i agree with what bigtank said - cook a whole chicken or a few pieces of chicken breast at one time and you can rip off what you need everyday and store the rest in the fridge. same with eggs - boil and store.

get some natty PB and all you have to do is scoop and spread. i like soy milk for quick carbs + protein as well.

10 cans of tuna = 4 bucks
15 dozen eggs = 11 bucks
chicken = 1.80/lb in bulk

1 cup of oatmeal,
6 eggs,
1 table spoon of olive oil
1 apple

Blend it up and down the hatch; costs less than a doller. Do not under any circumstances try to microwave the afformentioned meal.

This post, coupled with your "What's your favorite food" thread has led me to believe that you're insane :windup:
