how to get a scoop?

i just got some ON 100% whey chocolate mint flavor. The taste is kind of bland but I can live with it. what sucks is that Ididnt get a scoop with it, how the hell am I supposed to measure out a scoop?

Just read the back (you know the "Nutrition Facts") itll say at the top like Serving Size or sumthing. Hope that helps

Serving Size = 1 scoop = 29.4g

I got lucky, the scoop from my GNC thing is 30g and I bought this new scale that measures down to 0.1g so I'm just gonna use the GNC scoop, and if i wanna be exact I can weigh it out. Still kind of irritating that I didn't get a scoop from ON.

You sure it's not in there? It tends to get buried way down there sometimes.

yeah i would definitly search down a bit for it. My last bag of ON whey had a scoop but it settled halfway down the powder so I never realized I had one until I ate enough protein to where I could see it.. heh

I'm dead sure. I poured out the whole container into like 6 bowls and put on some latex gloves and went through each bowl, definitely not there.

I think I remember 1/3 of a cup was roughly equal to one scoop.
