I just received my blood work back from the doc. from last week.

good chol- 189

triglycerides- 128

liver functions- great

Compared to over 1300 triglygerides and they couldn't even measure my chol. because of the tri's.

They also gave me a liver x-ray and diagnosed me with a fatty liver last visit.

I also went from 243 pounds last visit to 213 this visit.

Without all the diet and nutrition help here I don't think I could have lowered everything without meds. Thanks to everyone for the help.
