Ok...I have been on the Muscle and Fitness Rock Body Challenge since January...I have lost some weight...some muscle mass and fat...but I am getting lean...however, I still have some fat around the abs...and I am not ripped the way I want to be...at the same time, I am not thick...I have lost some of my size...I want to have more mass on me, but still be lean...

I have been using Whey Protein, which I know is a staple. I even used VPX's Plasma Expandor...expensive and gave me some veins...yet it wasn't an amazing product.

So now I am thinking...perhaps I can take Hydroxycut and Creatine, along with Whey Protein, to get that thicker, leaner look. At the same time, I desperately need energy since I am always tired. I saw the Adenergy ad, but it sounds too good to be true.

Therefore, what do you guys think? :help:

I 'think' you shouldn't waste your money on those supps. All you would need is regular creatine, some whey protein and a simple thermogenic which has proven ingredients in it. That is if you are set on purchasing these kind of products.

I agree with Maki.

If money is not a huge obstacle use whey isolate because of its purity and a creatine mix like v12 turbo or swolev2 if not do what they said

What is the difference between Whey Protein and Whey Isolate?
What are the creatines that you guys are referring to - didn't realize the difference?

What is thermogenic?

Sorry for sounding clueless.
