Guggul Extract, Synthetic Guggulsterones. Pretty easy to find. The 2 products that come to mind are NOW foods Guggul Extract and Syntrax Guggulbolic Extreme.

For what it's worth, a few people on here that I trust have stated that guggles are good for things like acne, but not that impressive as a cutting tool. I've not put in the research though, so caveat emptor.
