I just love strawberry protein shake blended with rolled oats. You can down a pretty decent meal in 5 seconds, you don't need to waste any time eating it. :alcoholic

You make a thread talking about favorite foods and you have the never to mention protien shakes and oatmeal?

You disgust me, haha

Baby back ribs!
Close second, sushi/sashimi dinner with miso soup, green tea, and a salad.

Just kidding, Guinness on tap is the close second.

A thick, juicy t-bone cooked on the bbq medium rare; a baked potato smothered in butter, sour cream and freshly ground black pepper; brushetta bread (garlic, olive oil, tomotoes, basil, oregano, onions and a little shredded cheese) and a ceaser salad.

A favourite meal. Needs to go together.

A #2 (2 cheeseburgers) supersized with lemonade. I used to eat this about 3 times a week. Probably why I put on a little weight. That and doing nothing but playing video games and watching TV.
