Again, a month since my last pics, can anyone see any difference, i think my legs have grown a bit, seem to just be getting the teardrop shape, which means they must be gettin to a decent size if theres definition at a high bf%

Nice work on the quads!! Its hard to see the difference with poses/lighting against the doll-house scene but seems something is different for the better... Good one
