View Full Version : While Cutting, High rep or low reps?

I am currently cutting right now, hoping to lose some fat and gain some definitions. I am doing 30min cardio in the morning, and I am just wondering should I continue to lift weight? (since I hear that you will lose ur musle mass instead of fat) If I can lift weight, should I be doing high rep, light weight or low rep, heavy weight? Please help me out, I am only a beginner :) Thanks~

Keep the weights heavy. Just getting a pump won't help you keep muscle as well.

dont exceed 10 reps, like usual. i do 1 week of my usual 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps, then all for 3 sets of 5 the next week
