View Full Version : All i eat for carbs is cereal.... Ok??

My protein sources are OK i think, i vary them throughout the day (turkey/chicken/whey/tuna)

My fat comes from whole fat milk, peanut butter or olive oil

But all i eat for carbs is cereal like porridge oats, cheerios, shredded wheat etc

Is this ok?? I know you cant eat the same protein day in day out but is it the same deal with carbs

Take a good multivitamin and don't worry about it.

All those cerials contain mostly complex carbs i think so it should be ok!

Fat from whole fat milk is not what I would do. Go with lowfat milk and up your olive oil/flax/udo's oil/natty pb/mayonaise. Stuff like that is better imo.
