Well, I'd lower the protein to around 225. I don't think you really need that much protein unless you were goin low-carb, which you are not. Also, are you doin any cardio at all? Because with that many carbs, if you're not, you need to expect some fat gain bro. I'd lower'em if I were you if you're not doin any cardio. ;)

what are u trying to gain? fatloss,muscle size,etc.

Lower the protien.
225 is a good start.

Ditto what Spidey said.I'm also consuming lots of carbs (not that much though but ~300grams) but I do 15-20min. of cardio every day to keep my gains as clean as possible.

****....I consume over 600 grams of carbs a day and I have gained very little to no fat at all (but quite a bit of muscle) in 10 months of mass building.
Either I'm a genetic freak, or something is terribly wrong.

Around 60 to 70 grams of fat a day. Although lately I've been having many cheat meals and my fat intake has exceeded 150 grams a day during those cheat days. I'm gonna have to stop those, cuz with all the carbs I eat I'm positive I'll start gaining some fat.

I'm not on gear, 5'10" 210 lbs, 13% bodyfat, been training for a year and a half, but seriously training for 1 year. I train 4 times a week.
Like I said, I eat many carbs, I eat bread like crazy, milk, fruit, vegetables, Subway sandwiches, all of that, and I get around 250-300 grams of protein a day, 3 protein shakes a day (4 on days I train) and usually have one Meso-Tech food bar during the day.
I try not to eat much saturated fat, and I have maybe 2 or 4 tablespoons of natural peanut butter a day.
Again, I might be gifted, or unhealthy.
