technically tomatoes are a fruit because of the seeds

i like berries, watermelon, apples and pears. tomato has comparable gi to apples and pears. watermelon has a high GI but the GL is very low

I'm voting for honeydew melon. With that little taste, I doubt they have much of *anything* except water.

I vote watermelon. Yes higher in sugar, but low calorie and damn it tastes good!

Honeydew is a close second.
