Usually friday and saturday night im out late chilling with my friends...And i'm usualy pretty hungry around 12-1am ish soo i head over to the wendys drive thru both nights saturday and sunday. Here is what I eat:
2 Ultimate Chicken Grill Sandwichs (Just the chicken, no buns)
1 small chili
Calories: 450
Fat: 10
Saturated Fat: 3.5
Sodium: 2140
Carbs: 24
Protein: 63
How bad does this meal effect me? Im on a clean bulk right now...I know that is alot of sodium but does it matter that much? Anything else I should add or take out? (www.wendys.com) I added the chili to get some extra calories. I was gonna get a baked potato tonight but i figure way too much carbs before i go to sleep. Is there anyone else who hits up fast food while they are out late on the weekends?
