hey does NO2 work good or just give the pumps? ive heard different things...oh and do NOx2 and other pinnacle versions give same results?

i have never taken no2, but i have taken nox3. this was the first vasodilator i took. my experience was good. from the first dose, i had the most incredible pumps while working out. so intense at times that i had to stop because my muscles were so tight. nox3 is recommended to take upon wakening and before lunch. i took the product upon wakening and 30 minutes before an evening workout instead. it helped me in the gym to work harder and i felt great after the workout.
the sell from universal nutrition about nox3 is its added orinthine akg, in addtion to arginine akg and arginine kic. the added orinthine akg claims to be a nitric oxide booster and in combination with the main 2 ingredients, also helps to decrease muscle catabolism and support growth hormone function.
i also noticed a lot of vascularity when taking this product. i was a bit overweight when i started and within two weeks, i noticed veins in my arms that were never visible before.
another unexpected effect was extra libido - not a bad thing!

i stopped lifting altogether for a few months but have recently picked it up again. i bought more nox3, but have added a twist. i am also using the newer no explode. i started with just no explode and i tell you that this product is even better than nox3. not only do you get the incredible pumps, but this stuff just gives me a lot of energy in the gym to take my training to the next level. more sets, heavier weights and more intensity.
after a week of no explode, i added the nox3 in the morning and before lunch. then take no explode during my evening work out. maybe both are not necessary together but i can feel an added boost from taking both. work outs are even more incredible.

i know many of you think these arginine based products are a waste of money, but i find my work outs better with them than without them. i have also tried just arginine pills alone and yes they do give you the pump, but i did not experience any extra energy kick when working out like when taking the supps.

the pump thing is a personal preference - i love it. maybe its just my belief but i think the longer and more pumped you are, and when taking some good protein like muscle milk, the nitrients and protein are forced more into the muscle cells for better growth. at least this has been my experience...everyone is different...this works for me. a little pricy but hey, if you can afford it... why not?

Good choice in asking about it before purchasing it. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. Invest in some protein/weight-gainer such as NLarge2 (my preference) and some creatine monohydrate. You will see good results. :strong: :strong: :strong:
