Ok here is my schedule. I got summer class then from there i go straight to work. I am very worried, about keeping all the progress i've made in the past couple months.

school is 9:30-11
then work is 11:15-4:15

i know its not a crazy schedule but im not use to having the days off during the summer but now imma be working. Soo im going to eat at 8:30am before i leave then i figured i would eat at 11:00ish on my way there and then eat at 2:00ish but i want to go to the gym directly from work at 4:30. What should i bring with me to work it has to be very fast meals like sandwichs. Any ideas? please help me out im gettin kinda pissed

sanwiches, bars, shakes. Depends on what you have access to and what you like.
