Methyl 1 Test and the liver

I have been taking Methyl 1 Test for 4 days now. I havent seen much results so far. So I have heard that oral steroids do damage to the liver, and that injections are better. DOes this go for the Methyl 1 Test too? Just in case, I bought Milk Thisle along with it, its a liver tonic. A nutritionalist told me I needed the liver tonic. Does anyone know about this?

I'd have to wait until I got home from my business trip to check my journal, but I think I might have run both when I did M1T, as well as 4-AD.
